Make sure you have good Internet/WiFi connection.
Determine video format in the camera view – portrait or landscape – by tilting your device (this cannot be changed during broadcasting).
To crowdcast into a certain channel, select the channel (in which you are a member) by tapping top right icon in camera view (this can also be adjusted retroactively in your profile).
Write a suitable heading by tapping “Describe your #scene” (this can also be adjusted retroactively).
Would you like to link to a web page in your video, tap the lower right settings icon in the camera view and select the arrow symbol. The easiest way is to copy/paste the URL from the browser (this can also be adjusted retroactively in your profile).
Please note that the image you have in your camera when you start filming becomes the reference image (thumbnail) in the flow.
It is optimal to broadcast at least 60 seconds.
Make sure not to accidentally hold a finger on the microphone.
Start communicating (speaking) right from the start, even if no one has yet started watching live. This is because the vast majority is going to watch the film afterwards (from the beginning).
You can always pause, wait and prepare for a new take and press REC again. The result is then packaged as a video with straight cuts.
When finished, select “Done” in the upper right corner if you want to keep the video or the trashcan in the upper left if you want to delete it.
